How it works

From brief to finished videos usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

  1. Describe the videos

    What to film, your product, who you are looking for and your fee per video. It's free, and we check your project within one working day.

  2. Invite creators

    We suggest creators who fit your brief. Invite the ones you like, or find others yourself.

  3. See them on a self-tape

    Creators who are interested let you know and send you a short self-tape following your brief.

  4. Choose, we do the paperwork

    Pick who you want and Profilio signs the contracts. Sending a product? Print a Zásilkovna label in Profilio. You never see anyone's home address.

  5. Approve the videos

    Approve each video or send it back for changes within 5 days. Then you get one invoice.

How much does a UGC video cost?

You set the fee per video yourself, from 1 500 Kč. The usage rights you need multiply it, and Profilio's commission and VAT come on top. Setting up a project is free.

What are UGC videos?

Short videos that look like a customer made them rather than a studio: someone shows your product, tries it and talks about it. They feel genuine, so they work well on social media and in ads.

How much does a UGC video cost?

You set the fee per video, from 1 500 Kč. Ads and wider use multiply it (×1.6 or ×2.1), and Profilio's commission and VAT come on top. The calculator above shows the total before you start.

How long does it take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from creating the project to finished videos. If you send a product, allow a few more days for the delivery.

Who makes the videos?

Actors, presenters, models and creators with a profile on Profilio who want to make videos for brands. Our team checks every profile, and everyone is 18 or older.

Can I choose the creators myself?

Yes. We suggest creators who fit your brief, and you can invite anyone else yourself. You decide who makes your videos.

What is a self-tape?

A short video a creator records for you before you choose, following your instructions, so you see how they come across on camera. You can ask for another take.

Can I use the videos in ads?

Yes, when you choose the usage rights for it: paid ads on social media, or all online advertising. The rights run in Czechia for 12 months from approval. Need other countries or longer use? Tell us and we will agree it with the creators.

What if I don't like a video?

Two rounds of changes are included. You have 5 days to review each version; after that it is approved automatically. If something goes wrong, tell us and we step in.

Do I have to send a product?

Only if the videos need it. You print a Zásilkovna label in Profilio and drop the parcel at any Zásilkovna point. You never see the creator's home address. Postage is 99 Kč per parcel, excl. VAT.

How do I pay?

You get one invoice from Profilio after you approve the videos, due in 30 days, by bank transfer or card. Profilio signs the contracts with the creators and pays them.

Is this influencer marketing?

No. You pay for videos you use on your own channels and in your ads, not for posts on someone else's profile. The creators don't need a big following.

Can an agency order videos for its clients?

Yes. Create the project, invite your client to it and choose the creators together.
